Farm-to-Table

Farm to table has always been a "thing" in the Sussex Skylands.

When your surrounded by farms and pastures, eating locally grown and produced products isn't a movement, it's a way of life. 

While not all of our restaurants are strictly farm to table, most are committed to using local, fresh foods whenever possible. A few build their brand on serving products grown, raised and produced by area farmers and artisans.
