Mountain, road or trail - the choice is yours.  Whatever your style of cycling, you'll find plenty of great riding in the Sussex Skylands. There's miles of scenic trails through five state parks and the Jersey side of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, rail trails that bring you over the river and through the woods, lots of lightly-trafficked winding back roads past farms and pastures, and the Mountain Creek Bike Park with 52 trails that will challenge everyone from the beginner mountain biker all the way up to World Cup downhill racers.
