Located in Sussex County, New Jersey, Claremont Distillery is the largest craft distillery in the New Jersey. We have 4,000 gallons of fermentation capacity and 1,000 gallons of distillation capacity. We operate three stills including a 500 gallon pot still for making our bourbon and other whiskies. We use a 5 plated hybrid still and custom made 30 foot column still for making our vodkas. The vodka produced from our column still is at the equivalent 23 times distilled.
