David Heim is the author of SketchUp Success for Woodworkers (Spring House Press 2018) and a frequent contributor to Woodcraft magazine. He teaches SketchUp at the Brookfield Craft Center, the Connecticut Valley School of Woodworking, and the Austin School of Furniture and Design. When he’s not working with SketchUp, he can usually be found at the lathe in his shop. From 2016 to 2019, he was a member of the board of directors of the American Association of Woodturners.
