Join us for an exquisite 4-course Restaurant Latour menu featuring aromatic and flavorful truffles. The culinary complexity and delicate subtleties of this enigmatic jewel of the underworld will be on full display lead by Resort Executive Chef Aishling Stevens and Chef de Cuisine Matt Laurich. Wine Director Susanne Wagner will oversee the serving of six Michele Chiarlo wines from Piedmont winery, plus an exquisite champagne, chosen to perfectly complement the earthiness of the truffles.
Featured speaker for the evening is the respected Italian Wine Specialist Massimo Galvano (pictured), renowned for his knowledge and expertise of Piedmont region wines.
