Lenni-Lenape Life During 1600-1780

Sparta Historical Society's fall exhibit showcases the life and culture of the many thousand Native Americans called the Lenni-Lenape who lived in "Lenapehoking" (NJ,PA,DE).

This exhibit, on loan from archaeologist John Kraft, explores their social customs, religion, family life, hunting, agriculture, healing practices, and much more. 

All are invited including families who have third and fourth graders.  FREE

On exhibit from 1-4pm during the Sunday Open Houses on 9/10, 9/24,10/8, 10/22, 11/12, 11/26, and 12/10.
